About Us

Founded in 2015, The Cookie Maker started as a small kitchen dream and quickly grew into a sweet adventure. What began as late-night baking sessions turned into a full-time passion for sharing cookies that feel like home.

We travel to local markets, pop-up events, and community gatherings, offering freshly baked cookies made from scratch and crafted with love. From personalized sugar cookies to seasonal assortments and classic favorites, every batch is designed to bring people together, one bite at a time.

Our cookies are inspired by an inherited love for baking, a tradition passed down through generations and baked into everything we make today.

Our story

When I was a little girl, I followed my mom around the kitchen like a shadow, just itching to touch that KitchenAid mixer. I am pretty sure she knew the moment I laid hands on it, it would be mine someday. I begged her constantly to let me make the next birthday cake or batch of cookies. Finally, around nine or ten, she said yes, a day I am sure she both celebrated and secretly regretted (I love you, Mom). From that moment on, I took over nearly all the baking duties.

Now I know that feeling all too well. I am a mom to four beautiful girls, sixteen, thirteen, nine, and four. My oldest is already begging to use the KitchenAid mixer. Luckily, I have several. I may dread the day one of them takes over my kitchen, but I know I will be proud because they will be learning and passing down traditions, recipes, and love.

Baking has always been a family affair. I grew up beside my Polish grandma, making Kurashiki, Kolacky, Paczki, Babka, and even pizza. Those moments are my favorite childhood memories.

Today, it is a joy to watch my girls step in and learn these traditions too—Kurashiki for birthdays, Babka for Easter, Kolacky for Christmas, and Paczki for Fat Tuesday. The recipes, the love, and the memories continue to be passed down. My grandma instilled in me the importance of sharing these moments, and I hope one day my girls will feel the same pride and joy in our kitchen.
